A hoodie is a necessary staple in my wardrobe; it can be worn just about all year round, under a coat during the winter and as a jacket during the summer. I’ve got quite a collection going at the moment, my favourite being my D&G one (you can see the hoodie review here) so with that in mind this 90:10 “Signature” hoodie had a lot to live up to.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with 90:10 (90% grown up 10% not) they are a relatively new based UK company and offer a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos and of course, hoodies.
Unwrapping the hoodie the first thing I noticed was just how thin the material was to touch, it’s a little bit thicker than what you’d expect with a t-shirt. The top is made from 100% organic cotton and features double kangaroo front pockets, a draw string neck line and a raised printed logo on the front. To be truthful, at first I was a little underwhelmed, it costs £42 (can buy it here) and I was expecting more for the price. However once I put the hoodie on I changed my opinion immediately. The fit is very good, especially around the chest and arms and I when I wore it outside it kept me nice and warm. This 90:10 hoodie is a bit of a dark horse and while it doesn’t compete with the top designers in terms of look, it certainly gives them a good run for their money for comfort and fit.
