There’s so many sneakers and new season shoes coming out at the moment, I’m having to be a bit picky about which ones I review. As you you’ll know I’m very fond of the Ultra Boost and NMD ranges from Adidas so when I saw this latest offering called XR1 I had to grab a pair. The look is blend of both the NMD and Ultra boost style traditional styles with the knitted sneaker body and plastic detailing on the side, instead of having the 3 Adidas stripes these feature a triangle.
They are, as you would expect very lightweight and comfortable to wear, the shape is slightly higher around the ankle which makes them almost like a hi-top – they look fantastic! I like any triple white sneaker and these are no exception; albeit there are some cream dashes in the knitted body (which you can see in some of the photos). I bought these from the Adidas website for around £120 and they resell on eBay for anything between £170 to £200. There are some new colourways coming out soon, I’m especially keen on the triple black versions. Anyway, hope you enjoy the photos below:
